Tensile Compression Test
Measuring and analysing ball joints strength of finished and semi-finished products. The results of the evaluation of the OEM products and the certified material are references for our production in the direction of these tests. This is the test with the most important results such as measuring the strength of the weld rupture by determining the strength of the bolt or bushing and determining the durability of the raw materials.
Product Life Test
In this test, the reactions and movements of the axial joints, stbilizer links and ball joints under the conditions of a normal life on the vehicle are checked. Our test device for the life of the products, was developed by our engineers in terms of the reactions and functions of the products under the harshest conditions to that of a normal life, is also tested under the conditions of a liquid chemical pressurized from -40°C to +80°C.
Profile Test Projector
The Profile Test Projector is a vertical, precise, fast device that rotates and measures in 360º is a suitable machine to measure in the X and Y axes that helps us to obtain the dimensions in all stages from the input quality control to the final quality control.
Hardness Measurement Test
